About Coral Reef Academy
Coral Reef Academy is a childcare center that understands no kid is the same. They have worked to create a space where every child can play and learn in their own unique way. Each teacher is First Aid and CPR certified and has Florida Child Care Professional Credentials.
On top of this, they strive to stay up-to-date on the latest in childcare education so your child can have the best environment. The school uses Creative Curriculum for its lessons. They have two different locations with progressive playgrounds for each age. Above all else, Coral Reef Academy wants to ensure each child has the tools they need to grow in every way possible!
Products/Services
Coral Reef Academy has worked to create an age-appropriate space for every child beginning at six weeks and extending all the way up to age 12. Infants have a class where they can cuddle, play, eat, and sleep. As they get older, they move into the toddler classes. Here, they get to explore a space entirely catered to them.
The curriculum is built around their natural curiosity so they can learn in a way that works for them! The preschool classes teach kids by engaging all their senses. They learn primarily through play and are encouraged to take a hands-on approach to their education. Your child will learn through songs and activities meant to stimulate their minds and grow their gross motor skills.
The school has an open door policy for parents, allowing you to drop in and check on your child while they’re at school. You can stop by and make sure your child is having fun learning after you drop them off.
Specialty
The school provides a voluntary prekindergarten program to prepare your child for elementary school. They use standards set in place by national accrediting associations. They will prepare your child socially, mentally, and physically for starting kindergarten! The program is free for any child starting kindergarten the following year.
The school provides after-school care as a constructive option for working families. The program has been set apart from the daycare to ensure your child doesn’t feel trapped with the littles. The teachers take the time to engage in their interests and provide them with a rich environment where they can continue learning after the school day ends.
