For so long, it felt like we really had no options when it came to birth. We could have a clinical hospital birth complete with loud machines and bright lights, or we could have a traditional home birth and have to prepare our house while once again assuring our relatives that, yes, we do know what we’re doing. In recent years, birth centers have become more popular because they provide the perfect in-between option. You can still have a quiet and peaceful delivery in a space already equipped for labor. If you’ve been on the lookout for the right place for your delivery, then check out an Orlando birth center!
Heart 2 Heart Birth Center is a beautiful space that provides three rooms for your delivery. The space has been thoughtfully designed with big, cozy beds, plenty of space for walking around, and birth tubs for water births/hydrotherapy. Before your labor, you’ll receive all your prenatal care through the center, where you’ll be treated with amenities made to feel like you’re visiting an old friend. Heart 2 Heart is inclusive and welcoming to all couples. You can see the center at 1110 Lexington Green Lane in Sanford.
The Birth Place is a Black-owned birth center founded by Jennie Joseph. At the center, their goal is to give every parent access to a safe and healthy birth. The center provides warm and colorful suites for your birth as well as birth tubs. You can visit them at 213 S Dillard St, Ste 340, in Winter Garden.
Community Birth Center is a lovely birth center with calming colors, comfortable exam rooms, and two suites for your delivery. The center provides complete and comprehensive prenatal care within the building so you can be familiar with the space before labor begins. They specialize in holistic care, including herbal preparations, pregnancy teas, and placenta services. You can check them out at 14 N Eustis Street in Eustis.
Tree of Life Birth Center is a birth and gynecology office dedicated to giving you the experience you’ve always wanted. The midwives offer services, including well-woman visits, prenatal care, and childbirth classes. The center provides aromatherapy, large birth tubs, yoga trapezes, large walk-in showers, and on-call lactation consultants and chiropractors. You can find them at 165 Montgomery Rd in Altamonte Springs.
