Family owned and operated by Jessica and Tim Watson, the couple maintains residency on the property with their daughter and two labs. Their daughter is the third generation to grow up on this beautiful, historic property.

About Up The Creek Farms

The property contains so much history, as it is the original homestead of one of the area’s first pioneers. A two story farmhouse built back in the 1870’s and renovated over the years into the beautiful wedding property we know today. You can only imagine the stories that could be told inside the historic walls of this charming estate. Recognizing the beauty and history of Up The Creek Farms, I couldn’t imagine a more perfect indoor/outdoor venue for your wedding day.

Located on over 8 secluded acres and housing up to 175 guests, Up The Creek Farms wedding venue brings luxury + charm to Florida’s Space Coast. The grounds represent such a picturesque environment and bring an appreciation for the area’s native landscape and natural history. The boathouse is the perfect space for a reception, with great views of the property and all amenities you would need.

All indoor and outdoor spaces at Up The Creek Farms overlook a manicured native-Florida landscape. This private property is the perfect touch of southern and coastal elegance. The Declan House provides the most beautiful natural light, with its newly renovated rooms, custom designed bridal suite and open porches on every side of the home. Not only is the Declan House the primary residence for the owners, but also the coziest bed and breakfast.

The Oak Cathedral is the most popular ceremony site, with a shaded oak canopy that is perfect for our Florida heat. Another option is the Creekside location, situated on a creek peninsula surrounded by natural beauty. Both locations provide a beautiful backdrop for bride and groom portraits. The boathouse boasts a beautiful wrap around deck and reception space with classic wood framing. With over 8 secluded acres, the photography opportunities are endless.

Wedding Details

Up The Creek Farms wedding venue offers several wedding packages that are all inclusive and customizable, offering micro and intimate options as well. This is a full service venue, meaning full service planning and coordination, as well as many vendor options are included in their packages. This creates a seamless experience for the bride and groom, which then makes wedding planning fun and stress free.

A few amenities to highlight are exclusive access to the property and fully air conditioned reception space. A few more worth mentioning are a certified coordinator and in house catering and floral design if you so choose. They also offer incredible vintage rentals from their sister company Crystal & Crates. The vintage rentals provide unique and custom looks to your wedding, giving each bride their own touch. Once married the party will then continue in the boathouse and on the outdoor patio, a sensational place for receptions.
