About A Picnic Affair
In 2020 when the pandemic hit, Ally’s company was forced to lay off 17 people, and she was one of them. Her love for party planning and decorating led her to start her own event planning company. And so, A Picnic Affair was born. Ally wanted to bring something fun and unique to Brevard County where family and friends could come together and make memories. The unique part about this is you could have 2 people or 25 people. They can make your next event or party so unique, people will be talking about it for ages. Enjoy a sunrise picnic or a date night experience.
How It Works
Ally really made choosing your setup and the whole booking process so seamless. First, you submit a booking request on their website with desired information. Next, you choose your location, if you didn’t have one in mind they will suggest one for you. All over Brevard Counties beaches, parks or even your backyard. Next is the fun part, choose your style. A Picnic Affair has so many fun and beautiful styles to choose from. Whether you want a boho or more romantic theme, they have a wide variety of options and can even customize your picnic if you share your vision. Next, choose your add-ons, find a cute outfit, show up and have an incredible time. They handle set up and clean up, so you can focus on truly enjoying your event or date.

A Separate Affair
A Picnic Affair is innovative and since opening has added to their pop-up experience. You can now book things other than a luxury picnic.
- A Slumber Affair – Pop-Up Slumber parties are so fun. Included in this are teepee tents and string lights, with air mattresses and all the works.
- A Movie Affair – Pop-Up Movies have never been more seamless. This would be perfect for an older kiddos birthday party, especially during the winter months in Florida. You can add on the popcorn maker and candy/snack buckets as well.
- A Boat Affair – A Picnic Affair collaborated with Sail Cocoa Beach to bring you the boat experience. You can now picnic on the water, they offer styling services for these private charters. Sail away on your luxury picnic cruise.
