The intention of the Yoga Garden was to build a strong foundation for the yoga and art community to expand and grow in and all around Brevard County, Florida. The studio is open and accessible to all, it’s a place for inspiration and growth in yoga and art to unfold.
We offer a wide range of classes, from pilates and strength to vinyasa to virtual gentle yoga, and the list goes on. The Yoga Garden has an online, easy to book calendar, there is no reason not to get on their schedule. You can access all virtual and in person classes on the same calendar and book from the comfort of your own home and never even have to get on the phone. You can also use the “on demand” tab to access all the virtual specific classes and pricing options.
The Yoga Garden is all about reaching the community through yoga and art. I will share the upcoming workshops to give you an idea of what that could look like. Check their schedule for the up to date workshops and dates. This summer they are holding a virtual free webinar with a highly educated international speaker who has been a chiropractor for over 30 years. In addition, they have a yoga and art workshop scheduled where the two are combined to find your true potential. This is an interactive yoga experience where you can calm the mind and relax the body.
In the past, the Yoga Garden has offered a 200 hour teacher training course. Offering one on one mentoring to each individual, you will learn the fundamentals of intelligent sequencing and instruction. During this instruction, they don’t teach you to only lead students through a course, but rather offer students a unique experience to help them grow within themselves. As a teacher you will expand your own potential and develop your own unique style as a teacher.
Gentle and Restorative yoga are great for those who want to start out with something simple and slow. A highly common misconception with yoga is that you need to be flexible in order to do practice it. The reality is that you do yoga to increase your range of motion, if you want to increase mobility you have to work on it and that’s where yoga comes in. The Yoga Garden offers accessible options for all students to develop a thoughtful and effective yoga practice.
