While attending The University of Central Florida, Mary’s interest in yoga was sparked when she began regularly attending yoga classes. She quickly realized all the benefits of yoga and so her passion grew. With hundreds of training hours since 2004, under the best yoga instructors, Mary Brown founded Project 7 Yoga. Her goal was to create a strong yoga community in Downtown Orlando, Florida. Mary’s goal is to help people find harmony and happiness through yoga practices. Mary encourages and challenges each person, under the methodology: Let the breath guide your movement.
